@tenaciousjp haha I’m actually running this in parallel with a Mark IV combo through a Lehle P-Split. Sounds AMAZING.

@doubleuarex yep i totally understand man, i applaud you for actually earning your guitar, and your way into berklee too, a lot of hard work behind you, but even more hard work in store for you haha

boston haha and don’t worry about it. just turned 25 actually lol. but yeah, pretty much what a lot of other kids are doing, a combo of work and student loans (eek)

@doubleuarex sorry again for that dude, but ive got one more question, which berklee are you at? California or Boston

  11. FlyingPandaRockets @ 2010-07-01 16:04

@doubleuarex hmm student at berklee? cool man, sorry i mistaked you for someone much younger, like a 13 or 14 year old, did not realize you were older, eh my mistake, still though with admissions so high at berklee (ive done my research) that probably means that your parents bought you the guitar too? or did you/do you work for the money?

it’s admittedly hard to afford nice instruments especially nowadays. but if you need something badly enough, there is always a way. i would say, it’s too much money for a toy, something you just want. but i’m actually a student at berklee college of music and for me, an instrument is something i need.

it’s amp gain with an ibanez ts-9 (drive turned almost all the way down and volume up just past middle) but basically what you’re hearing is a typical bedroom-volume recto amp gain.

  15. FlyingPandaRockets @ 2010-07-01 17:20

@bitchslapper12 either hes overpaid in chores from his parents or his parents bought that for him, spoiled either way, what happened to having to mow lawns every single day for hours whole summers long to get money like that?

  16. jeserty6 @ 2010-07-01 18:18

  17. bitchslapper12 @ 2010-07-01 18:43
